Meet Courtney from Community Bank Samford
Hello, I’m Courtney Senior, and I’ve had the privilege of working with Community Bank Samford for many years. With 17 years of experience in banking, I serve as a Mobile Lending Specialist, helping clients achieve their dream homes. My passion lies in providing unparalleled customer service and offering comprehensive financial advice, from budgeting to investment strategies.
As a Moreton Bay local, I am deeply involved in community initiatives and am passionate about our profit-for-purpose model, ensuring that all profits benefit the local community from Samford through to Narangba. My dedication to both my clients and my community embodies the spirit of Community Bank Samford.
Sponsorships and Grants: Building a Brighter Future Together
At Community Bank Samford, we believe in the power of community support. That’s why up to 100% of our profits are reinvested into the local area through sponsorships, grants, scholarships and community shareholders. Our goal is to foster long-term prosperity by supporting initiatives that empower individuals and groups within our community.
We support a variety of programs that aim to create a resilient, sustainable, and thriving community. From educational scholarships to local sports team sponsorships, our contributions help build a stronger community for everyone. Community Bank Samford is built by the community, for the community.
Upcoming Homelessness Drive with Encircle Community Services
One of our upcoming initiatives is a homelessness drive in collaboration with Encircle Community Services. This important event will take place during Homelessness Week, from the 5th to the 11th of August 2024. During this week, we will focus on supporting the growing homeless community in the City of Moreton Bay.
Supporting the local community is important to our team at Community Bank Samford. We understand that it is a difficult time for many, but the community spirit in the City of Moreton Bay is inspiring. Many people want to help but don’t know how to.
5 Tips to Support Your Local Community
1. Shop Local: Support local businesses by shopping at local stores, markets, and restaurants. Look at moving your banking to the local community bank. This keeps money within the community and helps small businesses thrive.
2. Volunteer Your Time: Offer your time and skills to local charities, community centers, or events. Volunteering is a great way to give back and make a positive impact.
3. Participate in Community Events: Attend and support local events, such as festivals, fairs, and community meetings. These events foster community spirit and bring people together.
4. Donate to Local Causes: Whether it’s food, clothing, or money, donations to local charities and non-profits can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.
5. Support Local Initiatives: Get involved in local initiatives and projects, like our upcoming homelessness drive with Encircle Community Services. Your participation can help address important issues and improve the quality of life for everyone in the community.
At Community Bank Samford, we are committed to supporting local communities and contributing to initiatives that make a real difference.
