Our 2027 Ladies Who Long Lunch calendar is taking shape, with more wonderful opportunities to gather, celebrate and enjoy memorable experiences together.
From our signature long lunches and inspiring empowerment panels to regional events and special celebrations, we’re planning another year of beautiful venues, great food, laughter and fabulous company.
We’re continuing to explore new locations across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and regional Queensland, giving our guests the opportunity to experience somewhere different with every event.

What we need to confirm before bringing a Ladies Who Long Lunch event to your area
Regional events require local support and careful planning. Before we can consider bringing Ladies Who Long Lunch to your community, we’ll need to establish:

Local interest: An established community of women with sufficient interest to support an event.

Local promotion: Businesses, networks or community groups willing to actively help promote the event and encourage attendance.

Suitable venue: A venue capable of hosting a seated long lunch, with appropriate space for presentations, speakers and audiovisual equipment.

Travel & accommodation: Practical transport and accommodation options for our event team.
These considerations help us assess whether an event is achievable and can deliver the experience our guests expect.

Who are the fabulous ladies attending events?
All our ladies are fabulous!
Our guests include business owners, professionals, corporate teams, community-minded women, retirees and women simply looking forward to a wonderful day out.
Some come with friends or colleagues, while others arrive on their own and leave with a few new friendships.
You’ll meet women of different ages, backgrounds and experiences, all bringing something unique to the table.
Do men attend LWLL events?
Absolutely! While Ladies Who Long Lunch events are designed primarily for women, men are welcome to join us too.
We’ve had gentlemen attend our events as guests, colleagues and supporters, and they’re just as welcome to enjoy the experience.
Our focus is on creating a relaxed, welcoming environment where women are celebrated, conversations flow and everyone feels comfortable being part of the occasion.
How many ladies will be at events?
Guest numbers vary depending on the venue and type of event.
Our long lunches generally bring together around 70–100 women, although some events are larger and others are more intimate.
Whatever the size, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves, meet new people and feel part of the occasion.
Can I come to an event on my own?
Absolutely! And you certainly won’t be the only one.
We know that attending an event on your own, especially for the first time, can feel a little daunting. That’s why we take extra care to ensure our solo guests feel welcomed and included from the moment they arrive.
We thoughtfully arrange seating for guests attending on their own, often placing them alongside our Business Directory members and long-standing guests who know how to make newcomers feel right at home.
It’s one of the little details we’re particularly proud of, because we want everyone to feel comfortable, enjoy their day and have the opportunity to meet some wonderful people.
You don’t need to bring a friend to make a few new ones!
What do I wear?
We know our new guests are stalking our Instagram to work out what to wear. We see you!
The dress code varies depending on the venue and occasion, but generally, smart casual or something a little dressier is perfect.
Our bare minimum? Shoes and clothes. We’re not unreasonable!

Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable, confident and ready to enjoy yourself.
Any specific dress code will be included in the event details.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket prices vary depending on the venue, catering and inclusions for each event.
Our long lunch tickets generally include a beautiful meal, beverages and the full event experience, unless otherwise specified.
We often offer Early Bird pricing, so booking early can save you a few dollars (A great reason to Subscribe to get in early!).

Do you offer group booking discounts?
Planning a fabulous day out with friends, colleagues or clients? We love welcoming groups to our events!
Group booking options may be available for selected events, depending on the venue and ticketing arrangements.

If you’re organising a larger group and have questions about seating or booking arrangements, please get in touch before purchasing your tickets.
Are tickets refundable?
Yes. Tickets may be refunded when requested 30 days or more before the event date, in accordance with our ticketing terms.
Refund requests can be submitted through our ticketing platform using the booking confirmation received at the time of purchase.
Because our venues require confirmed guest numbers and catering arrangements in advance, different conditions apply within 30 days of an event.

What if I can't attend within 30 days of an event?
Tickets are generally non-refundable within 30 days of an event. However, exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
Ticket transfer requests can be submitted through our ticketing platform using your original booking confirmation.
You’ll need to provide the replacement guest’s name, email address, phone number and any dietary requirements so we can update our event records.
Importantly, dietary requirements for replacement guests cannot be guaranteed once catering arrangements have been finalised. Please consider this when arranging a ticket transfer.
