Ladies Who Long Lunch event are designed to incorporate social & business networking, fun, food, the art of gathering & exchanging experiences, ideas & stories to cohesively create a welcoming environment to relax & reenergise guests.
Feedback from guests is constantly the same – that these events have made a huge difference to their businesses through connecting & they are grateful for the opportunity to “take time out” for themselves.
What’s coming in 2026?
The 2026 Ladies Who Long Lunch calendar is currently being designed for another wonderful year of business events for women.
Ladies Who Long Lunch events are especially designed for all our guests to enjoy themselves with other women and men in business.
As part of our program we bring you together in beautiful locations, with great food, inspiring speakers and give you the reason to take time out for you.
We’re regularly highlighting sensational venues around Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions. In 2025, we hosted our second Roma event and are looking to lock in a new regional location for 2026. Our Summer Sunset Vibes was another huge hit in November too, with many guests enjoying a social cocktail style event, while taking in the stunning views of Hayes Inlet. We’re on the hunt for our cocktail event this year, so share your thoughts if you find a fabulous place you’ll know we’d enjoy.

You can request the Ladies Who Long Lunch team to come to your town to host an event for the ladies in your community.
Here are a few things we need to be able to consider bringing an event to you:
- Do you have local women in business groups actively gathering on a regular basis near you – of all ages and interests?
- Have you spoken to your business besties to find out if they’d be interested?
- Have you got a venue in your town to suit a sit down lunch, which has space for MCs and a panel of speakers, that includes audio visual items e.g. microphones? (It doesn’t have to be a hotel or pub – it could be a special location with access to catering and AV equipment.)
- Does your town have an airport nearby for Kirsty and Jo to travel to you, if you’re more than 4 hours drive from Brisbane?

FAQ
Who are the fabulous ladies attending events?
All our ladies are fabulous!
Most women attending are business owners, some are representing amazing organisations & corporations, all are interested in make new connections, friends & allies in life & business.
And our guests range in age from being new business queens in their 20s to retirees with decades of experience to share.
How many ladies will be at events?
Guest numbers are relevant to our host venue. We book venues to seat a minimum of 70 guests. Some venues allowed us to have up to 90 in 2022.
Every event held during in 2022 was sold out!
What do I wear?
We know our new guests are stalking our Insta to see what to wear – we see you!
Host venues generally follow standard Australian pub & club dress codes, which means you must have shoes & clothes. Our bare minimum is a low bar!
If you want to make sure you’re dressing appropriately, we do suggest you check out our photos and Reels on our socials. It’s a great guide.
Remember to wear what makes you comfortable, and shows who you are.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket price varies, but we always have an Early Bird Ticketing option to save you a few bucks on your seat.
Your ticket is all inclusive of a beautiful meal, and beverage package unless otherwise mentioned on the official event sales page.
General Price Guide: tickets start at $135.00
Are tickets refundable?
Yes. Tickets are only refundable prior to 30 days prior to the event date.
Ticket sales close for each event according to host venue requirements for final numbers, catering & beverage requirements which coincides with finalisation of associated costs & fees due for the event.
If you require a ticket refund and it’s currently prior to 30 days before the event day, you may request a ticket refund through our ticketing system. You can access this via the original ticket emailed to you at the time of purchase.
Ticket refunds within 30 days of an event
Tickets are not refundable within 30 days of the event date.
If you are unable to attend the event you have purchased a ticket for, you may transfer the ticket to another person.
If you require a ticket transfer, you may submit a request through our ticketing system. You can access this via the original ticket emailed to you at the time of purchase.
Note: you will need to provide the replacement name, contact details, phone number and dietary requirements of the new guest who will attend the event in your place.
