Ladies Who Long Lunch run events to designed for women, about women and hosted by women.
Advertising in The Lunch Mag provides you with a chance to connect directly with our attendees. Reach women in business via positive brand alignment and connection between your company and your targeted audience who are attending LWLL events across South-East and Central Queensland.
You can do this by sponsorship or advertising (or both) with LWLL.
As of March 2024, each guest attending one of our long lunch events, will receive their own copy of The Lunch Mag. The Lunch Mag is an A4 sized print publication of approximately 24 pages.
Ladies Who Long Lunch seeks to form long-term relationships with advertising businesses or individuals. If your business aims to engage directly with women-lead companies, business and industries and are located within South-East or Central Queensland, then your community is likely aligned to our Ladies Who Long Lunch community.
Ways to Advertise
There are a variety of levels of event sponsorship available to interested parties. Each sponsorship level will have Advertising components included, but will differ between the levels:
- Sponsorship via Exclusive Event Sponsorship* – only one available per standard long lunch event
- Sponsorship via Empowerment Panel Sponsor – three available per standard long lunch event
- Special Event Partners – Sponsorship for events that are not standard long lunch events. This will be edited according to the program of each event
- Full page advertisement (A4) size
- Half page advertisement (A5) size
Advertisement Specs
FULL PAGE
A Full Page advert is placed just within the edge of the magazine’s A4 page. There will be a white space/border around your advertisement.
Your advertisement should be sized: 200 mm wide x 287mm tall (portrait)
Artwork to supplied as JPEG or PNG file only, with no crop or bleed.
$250 per advert + GST.
HALF PAGE
A Half Page advert is placed just within the edge of the magazine’s A4 page. There will be a white space/border around your advertisement.
Your advertisement should be sized: 200 mm wide x 144 mm tall (landscape)
Artwork to supplied as JPEG or PNG file only, with no crop or bleed.
$100 per advert + GST.
2026 Advertising Deadlines
ADVERTS, ADVERTORIALS AND LIMELIGHT DIRECTORY BLOGS
The deadline for final artwork to be submitted for the 2026 International Women’s Day issue of The Lunch Mag is Friday 7th February 2026.
The deadline for final artwork to be submitted for the Bray Park Long Lunch (June 2026) issue of The Lunch Mag is Friday 1st May 2026.
NOTES:
Submissions must be emailed directly to Ladies Who Long Lunch.
Artwork must be submitted as either a PNG or JPEG image, with no crop or bleed.
Articles must be submitted in a Word document.
