Premium Sponsorship Bonus Inclusions with your Naming Rights of 1 x Race
- Naming rights to single standard race on Saturday 7 March 2026, allocated by the BRC.
- The BRC has several partners who have exclusive race name sponsorship rights and therefore we cannot honour any race names or advertising which may conflict with this. Please speak to Kirsty Fields for conflict information.
Advertising
- One (1) full-page colour race book advertisement positioned next to sponsored race/s.
- Please note that artwork is due no later than ten (10) working days prior to the Event.
- If the sponsor requests artwork from BRC, a minimum cost of $200 (excluding GST) applies.
During the term of this Agreement, BRC will:
- Provide opportunity for a 30 second video to be played on the on-course broadcast of race.
- Provide opportunity for the race sponsor to provide an on-course announcement to be read out by the race caller prior to the sponsored race (script to be no longer than 30 seconds).
- BRC will confirm the correct race name for the sponsored race with the Ladies Who Long Lunch prior to being forwarded to Racing Australia for circulation to all racing print media.
Racing Exposure
- Race names will be listed in a variety of newspaper form guides and race lists throughout Australia together with specific racing publications.
- The race meeting will be televised live at hotels, Clubs and TAB agencies via Sky Channel.
- All races are shown live and replayed on closed circuit television monitors on-course and at other major interstate and provincial racecourses conducting race meetings on the day.
- However, it is agreed and understood that the usage of sponsor’s names is at the entire discretion of each media publication.
Additional BRC Signage Opportunities
- Opportunity to have 1 x Winning Post sign for the sponsored race – signage production cost is $1,200
- Opportunity for Branded Saddle cloths and strapper bibs to worn for the sponsored race – signage production cost is $2,900
VIP Experience
BRC will provide the Premium Sponsor of the Ladies Who Long Lunch event with the opportunity to participate in a VIP experience for the sponsored race. Experience includes a trip out to the winner’s circle to watch the horse’s race up close.
The following restrictions apply:
- A maximum of 6 guests can participate in the experience
- Experiences will be conducted at the BRC’s discretion following current safety protocols
- Guests must be ready to meet the designated BRC representative to be escorted to the experience 20 mins prior to each race
- Any guests attending must be dressed in suitable attire to ensure admittance into the mounting enclosure. Dress Code is as follows: Racewear, no denim, no shorts, no joggers. Men: Collared Shirt and Tie.
- Any guest acting in a disorderly manner, or who is drunk or displaying loud and inappropriate behavior will not be permitted to partake in the experience. This decision will be made at the discretion of the designated BRC representative.
SOLD Fashions on the Field Sponsor
Own one of the day’s most photographed highlights, with your brand front and centre in the Fashions on the Field experience.
