Ladies Who Long Lunch run events to designed for women, about women and hosted by women.
Ladies Who Long Lunch (LWLL) events are designed and hosted by Kirsty Fields and Jo Stevens. Their events are encouraging women to connect, network and support each other whilst socialising with like-minded women. Guests are building genuine relationships – professional and personal – at events designed for them.
Incorporating networking, fun, food, the art of gathering, exchanging experiences, ideas and stories, LWLL has created a welcoming environment to relax and re-energise guests.
Connecting ladies to help reestablish their business, whilst encouraging them to take time out for themselves and learn to recognise they needed this, was unheard of prior to 2020. This is a key objective for guests attending LWLL events.
Ways to Sponsor
There are three levels of event sponsorship available to interested parties:
- Major Event Sponsorship* – only one available per event
- Empowerment Panel Sponsor – three available per event
- Cocktail Networking Sponsor – three available per event
* If a Major Event Sponsorship is in place for a long lunch, there will not be any other major sponsor in place. Empowerment Panel Sponsors or Cocktail Networking Sponsorship opportunities will still be available.
Major Event Sponsorship
As a Major Event Sponsor, you’ll take center stage in inspiring and uplifting our attendees.
As a Major Event Sponsor of a Ladies Who Long Lunch event, you will benefit from being the only Major Sponsor at the sponsored event in question.
In addition to the exclusivity of being the only major Sponsor, you’ll also enjoy the following inclusions:
- 8 x General Admission (Adult) Tickets to the event,
- 1 x Limelight Business Directory Listing (for one staff member, premium level),
- Sit with one Empowerment Panellist during lunch of your Sponsored event,
- Have a special Photo Opportunity with all of the Empowerment Panellists of your Sponsored event,
- Join Host Jo Stevens at the front of the room for a special conversation. Known as Take 5 with Jo, you’ll have a few minutes to contribute to our program and conversation on the day, giving guests some insights into who you are and what you do,
- A two-page Advertorial within The Lunch Mag, the dedicated event publication at your Sponsored event,
- A Take 5 with Jo article within The Lunch Mag, the dedicated event publication at your Sponsored event,

A highlight of each Ladies Who Long Lunch (LWLL) event, is hearing from our three Empowerment Panellists. These special guests are invited to join the Panel to discuss event topics or themes, which the panellists themselves will have in common with each other.
As an Empowerment Panel Sponsor of a LWLL event, you’ll get to enjoy this exciting event with one of our special guests.

It didn’t take long for the unofficial “after party” portion of Ladies Who Long Lunch events to become known as Cocktail Networking. Part of the event checklist for venue selection, is continued access within the hired function room, or a secondary space for our guests to stay on and continue networking with each other.
Sometimes this happens with a cocktail in hand.
As the Cocktail Networking Sponsor of a Ladies Who Long Lunch event, you will benefit from being a recognised Sponsor, with the following inclusions:
