Submit Your Article
We love sharing the stories, knowledge and expertise of women within the Ladies Who Long Lunch community. Whether you’re submitting your Limelight Welcome Article to introduce yourself and your business, or contributing a general blog article, this is where you can send it through to us for consideration and publication on the LWLL website.
Limelight Welcome Article – what could you write about
There isn’t one formula your article needs to follow. You might choose to tell your story, introduce your business, share your expertise, explore a topic you’re passionate about, or provide useful information and insights for our community.
Your article should be original content written for Ladies Who Long Lunch. Please don’t submit an article that has previously been published on your own website, another website or publication, or supplied to another organisation for publication.
If you’re not sure where to begin, take a look at some of the articles already published on our website. Gayle Wetzel – A Passionate Advocate for Giving Back is a succinct example of introducing yourself through your business and community story, while More Than a Bra by Amber Pettersen demonstrates how you can introduce your business and expertise by sharing useful information with our readers.
Your Author Bio
Please include a 70–100 word Author Bio with your submission. This will appear at the bottom of your published article and can be tailored specifically to the topic you’ve written about.
If you’re a Limelight Business Directory member, you’re welcome to reuse your Directory bio, but you don’t have to. Your Author Bio is an opportunity to highlight the experience, expertise or part of your story that’s most relevant to this particular article.
Images
Once you’ve submitted the form below, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with 2–3 high-resolution images you’d like us to consider using with your article.
Please send original image files wherever possible rather than screenshots or images downloaded from social media, and only provide images you own or have permission for us to publish.
Then complete the form below to submit your article.
